This competition was held in a snowy day on November 15, 2020 in one of the classes of the high school among the Top 10 students. Shakardara Boys High School’s students also, like in previous years, wrote low number of Business Proposals (BPs), from which Top 10 BPs were selected. The competition started with the recitation of few verses from the Holy Quraan, Subsequently, all Top 10 contesters presented their BPs to the evaluation committee on their turn.

The interesting points of the competition were:

• In this competition, more of the BPs were imaginary and most of which were written in tailoring.

• Students were advised on how to develop and practice their ideas of small businesses and to contribute to the economy of their family and society.

• In the competition beside the Tashabos teacher, principal of the school, the head teacher of the schools and other teachers were present that made the competition more interesting.

The three winners were:

1. The winner of the first position, Mr. Mohammad Ihsan, Grade 12 students, who presented his BP about homemade yogurt that he markets it in the Sara-e-Shamali Bazar. He said, “When I started this business, there has been an economic change in my life that now I can pay the fee of my course and pay the cost of the stationery of the school.

2. The winner of the second position, Mr. Zia Ahmad, Grade 11 student, who presented his BP about stationery and book store he has in Shakardareh market and earns a good income.

3. The winner of the third position, Mr. Mohammad Samir, Grade 12 students, who presented his BP about car rent. He has rented someone his car for AFN. 500 a day that the maintenance is the responsibility of the leaser too.

To encourage the students, the competition ended cheerfully in presence of many teachers with the award of trophies, letters of appreciation and books about business to the contesters.
