Business Proposal Competition in Saidal Naseri Boys’ High School, Kabul Province
Saidal Naseri Boys’ High School one of the schools TEO covers with the Tashabos program, where in coordination with the high school, the Business Proposals Competitions (BPCs) was held, among the Top 10 contesters on November 29, 2020. To evaluate the Top 10 contesters, a three members jury was formed that the contesters then presented their Business Proposals (BPs) each by her turn. Following the presentation of the BPs, as a result the Top 3 winners were announced. As usual the contesters were awarded with trophies, letters of appreciation and books about business, which encouraged them.
Interesting point was that in this high school, Mr. Mustafa and Mujahid made various electronic items such as a cooler for storing fruits, a device to ripe fruit, a power bank for charging mobile phones, etc., which the jury members applauded his work.
The three winners were as follows:
1. The winner of the first position, Mr. Mustafa and Mujahid, Grade 10 students, who presented their BP about producing electronic items. Mr. Mustafa said that when he was in the lower grades he was a naughty and reckless student who was not very interested in school. But one day the principal invited his father to school and complained about him that this complaint even made his father cry. After that day, Mustafa decided to make a change in his life and to make a good character out of himself, that’s what he started to do, using various initiative and creativity to make different things. Subsequently, he won the first place in the competition.
2. The winner of the second position, Mr. Sohail, Grade 12 student, who presented his PB about marketing Afghan dresses. He added, that he joined other Afghans marketing Afghan dresses abroad.
3. The winner of the third position, Mr. Osman, Grade 11 student, who presented his BP about embroidery work, producing variety of Afghan dresses such as shirts for men. However, due to the COVID-19 his market is not satisfactory at this time.

د سیدال ناصری ښوونځی د تشبث برنامی تر پوښښ لاندی ده چی د سوداګریزو طرحو سیالی یی د لس غوره زده کوونکو ترمنځ د روان ۱۳۹۹ کال د لیندی میاشتی په ۹ نیټه ترسره شوه. د لس غوره زده کوونکو د سوداګریزو طرحو د ارزونی لپاره دری تنه د ارزونی هییت غړی وټاکل شول چی د ټولو لس غوره زده کوونکو طرحی یی په خپل وار و ارزولی چی په پایله کی دری غوره یی له منځه وټاکل شول. ګټونکو ته د معمول په شان کپونه، ستاینلیکونه او کتابونه اهدا شول چی د دوی د تشویق سبب شو. په سیالی کی په زړه پوری ټکی دا وو چی د ښوونځی دوه تنه زده کوونکو د مصطفی او مجاهد په نامه ډول ډول برقی وسایل لکه: د میوو لپاره د یخ ساتلو وسیله، د میوو د پخیدو لپاره وسیله، پاور بانک د موبایل د چارچولو په موخه او نور داسی شیان یی جوړ کړی وو چی د ارزونی هییت د غړو له خوا وستایل شول.
د سیالی دری غوره زده کوونکی:
– لمړی مقام ښاغلي مصطفی او مجاهد د ۱۲ ټولګی زده کوونکی، مصطفی وویل چی په ټیټو ټولګیو کی یو بی پروا زده کوونکی وو چی له خپلو درسونو او ښوونځی سره یی مینه نه درلوده، خو یوه ورځ یی پلار د ښوونځی د اداری له خوا ښوونځی ته راوبلل شو او له ده څخه ورته شکایت وشو چی دا کار حتی د ده د پلار د ژړا سبب شو چی له هغی وروسته یی هوډ وکړ ترڅو په خپل ژوند کی بدلون رامنځته کړی او ښه شخصیت جوړ شی همدا وو چی لاس په کارشو او د خپل ابتکار څخه په ګټه اخیستنه یی دا شیان جوړ کړل.
– دوهم مقام ښاغلی سهیل د ۱۲ ټولګی زده کوونکی، چی د افغانیو کالیو د خرڅلاو طرحه یی درلوده ده وویل له نورو کسانو سره شریک دی او د افغانیو کالیو د خرڅلاو کار بهرنیو هیوادونو ته ترسره کوی.
– دریم مقام ښاغلی عثمان د ۱۱ ټولګی زده کوونکی، چی د ستنی ګنډلو په نامه طرحه یی درلوده چی نارینه لاسی یخنونه او داسی نور شیان تولیدوی خو اوس د کرونایی شرایطو په رامنځته کیدو سره یی خرڅلاو کم دی.
