Through joint collaboration, Tashabos Educational Organization TEO and the Khawaja Musafer High School’s administration organized the Tashabos students products’ exhibition in the courtyard of the high school in a glorious ceremony on 26 October, 2021.
Among the ceremony participants there were; Mr. Hekmatullah Zahid, Paghman District Educational Director, Mr. Nyazuddin Nyazi, Supervision Head, Mr. Abdulaqa Sarwari, School Principal, school teachers, students, and the Tashabos students’ entrepreneurs. The event started with the recitation of few verses from the Holy Quran and opening speech of the school principal, who thanked TEO for implementation of the important Tashabos program that is inspiring the students.
Mr. Fazel Rabi Haqbeen, TEO Executive Director during his speech pointed out to the verses from the Joma and Muzamil Surahs of the holy Quran in which the purity of gaining Halal income is indicated, as well he talked about honesty among partners in the business, if available, almighty Allah JJ would bless the business growth. Mr. Haqbeen addressed the students and said that we have gathered here for a holy purpose of acquisition of knowledge in order to serve people. He reminded the students of the positive use of social media in the daily life for learning and improvements. Reiterated, at the end of his speech, Mr. Haqbeen, emphasized on the importance of knowledge.
Arriving late due to other assignment, Mr. Hekmatullah Zahid, Paghman District Educational Director delivered his speech at the end of the event. He thanked TEO for the valuable Tashabos program and expressed his appreciation. He reminded the students that almighty Allah created human beings with specific purposes, so we have to choose useful objectives and follow those for achievement through continuous efforts.
– Following the speeches, the Tashabos students entrepreneurs displayed their products and provided detailed information about their products.
– The displayed products were: producing gas from petrol, small solar flourmill, homemade cookies, electric decorative lamps, apple jam, electronic toys for kids, electronic appliances (megger, power socket, and solar charger), handicrafts (embroidered clothes, bead woven flowerpots), and water pump.
– The Tashabos program inspired students of the low grades too, so some lower grade students also participated in the exhibition and displayed their products that show the positive impact and motivation of the program on the students.
– One of the of Tashabos alumni Mr. Sohail Ahmad Ibrahimi, who also participated and displayed mushrooms that he grows. He also talked and urged the students to show and maintain sense of patriotism and reaching to our self-sufficiency we cannot develop our country without self-sufficiency. He emphasized to produce items of our need locally and even to export them abroad.
– At the end of the event, the Paghman District Educational Director awarded the five best students entrepreneurs, who used their creativity and produced the products, with appreciation certificates. The award caused enthusiasm among the students.
– TEO Director thanked all the participating students for their much praising creativity. He mentioned the discovery of the electricity that took much efforts and time, so he reminded the students that everything have to be started from the basic stages and with the continuous efforts can be achieved with desired results.
The Tashabos student entrepreneurs products exhibition at Khawaja Musafer BHS was a glorious and well-arranged event, the wide-ranging participation of TEO staff, district educational directorate members, school administration and students in the event caused the greater awareness and familiarity with Tashabos program. During the event participants called such events essential that encourage students mentioned the mentioned of the positive results of program. They considered the Tashabos program important for revealing the hidden talents. Afterwards during a snack, the TEO team explained Tashabos program with its goal and objectives to the District Educational Director.

د تشبث ښوونیزی او روزنیزی مؤسسی رییس ښاغلی فضل ربی حقبین د خپلی وینا په لړ کی د کاروبار د پاکوالی او تقدس په هکله د جمعه او مزمل سورتونو مبارکو آیتونو ته اشاره وکړه چی د حلال رزق لاسته راوړلو لپاره هڅه او کوښښ لازم ده، همدارنګه په شراکت او کاروبار کی د ریښتینولی ارزښت ته هم اشاره وشوه چی د صداقت او ریښتینولی په شتون کی په کاروبار کی الله برکت اچوی او ښه پرمخ ځی. ښاغلی حقبین زده کوونکو ته په خطاب سره وویل چی مونږ دلته راټول شوی یو د ټولو موخه پاکه ده چی د علم حاصلول او خلکو ته د خدمت وړاندی کول دی، همدارنګه د اجتماعی رسنیو څخه په مثبته ګټه اخیستنه هم تاکید وشو ترڅو له تکنالوژی څخه په خپل ورځنی ژوند کی د پرمختګ لپاره کار واخلو. ښاغلی حقبین د خپلو خبرو په پای کی د علم د ارزښت په بیانولو سره خپلی وینا ته د پای ټکی کیښود.
د پغمان ولسوالی د پوهنی مدیر ښاغلی حکمت الله ذاهد هم د غونډی په پای کی ګډونوالو ته په خپله وینا کی د تشبث له مؤسسی څخه مننه وکړه او زده کوونکو ته یی په دی تاکید وکړ چی الله متعال انسان د یوه هدف لپاره پیدا کړی، نو مونږ او تاسو ته لازمه ده چی په ژوند کی مشروع اهداف وټاکو او هغو اهدافو ته د رسیدلو لپاره دوامداره هڅی وکړو.
– د ویناوو څخه وروسته د تشبث زده کوونکو خپل تولیدات ننداری ته وړاندی کړل او هر زده کوونکی د خپل تولید په هکله ګډونوالو ته معلومات ورکړل.
– ننداری ته وړاندی شوی تولیدات عبارت وو له: د پطرولو څخه د ګاز تولید، سولر لرونکی کوچنی ژرنده، کورنیو کلچو تولید، زینتی ګروپ، د مڼو مربا، د کوچنیانو د لوبو برقی وسایل، برقی وسایل (میګر، سه ساکته، سولری چارچر)، لاسی صنایع(ګنډل شوی یخنونه، د مریو څخه جوړ شوی ګلدان) او له ابتدایی وسایلو څخه جوړشوی آب بازک.
– په نندارتون کی د تشبث برنامی سره د لیوالتیا له مخی د ۹ ټولګی ځینو زده کوونکو هم خپل تولیدات ننداری ته وړاندی کړی وو چی دا د تشبث برنامی مثبت اثرات ښیی چی په زده کوونکو یی لری.
– د تشبث برنامی یو له پخوانیو زده کوونکو ښاغلی سهیل احمد ابراهیمی هم ګډونوالو ته په وینا کی یادونه وکړه چی له مونږ سره باید د وطن مینه په زړه کی وی او ترڅو چی خپله پر ځان بسیا نشو ترهغی مو هیواد پرمختګ نشی کولای او دا چی باید خپله خپل د اړتیا وړ توکی تولید او حتی نورو هیوادونو ته یی هم صادر کړو.
– د برنامی په پای کی د پغمان ولسوالی د پوهنی مدیریت له لوری ۵ غوره متشبثو زده کوونکو ته چی د خپل ابتکار په کار اچولو سره یی محصولات جوړ او ننداری ته وړاندی کړی وو ستاینلیکونه وویشل شول چی دا د زده کوونکو د لا هڅولو سبب شو.
– د غونډی په پای کی د تشبث ښوونیزی او روزنیزی مؤسسی رییس له ټولو ګډونوالو مننه وکړه او د زده کوونکو دغه ابتکارات یی د قدر وړ وبلل ده د برق کشف ته په اشاری سره وویل چی هر کار له ابتدایی مراحلو پیل او په دوامداره هڅو یوی پایلی ته رسیږی.
په خواجه مسافر لیسه کی د متشبثو زده کوونکو د تولیداتو نندارتون په ډیر شان او شوکت او منظم ډول ترسره شو، دغه نندارتون چی د مؤسسی کارکوونکو، د پوهنی مدیریت مشرتابه او غړو، د ښوونځی مدیریت او زده کوونکو پکی په پراخ ډول ګډون درلود د تشبث برنامی د ښه پیژندګلوی سبب وګرځید او د دا شانته پراخ بنسټه برنامی د زده کوونکو د لا هڅونی په موخه اړینی وبلل شوی. د غونډی په ترڅ کی ګډونوالو د تشبث برنامی له موثرو پایلو یادونه وکړه او دا برنامه یی د زده کوونکو د پټو استعدادونو د راښکاره کولو په موخه اړینه وبلله. د نندارتون څخه وروسته د پوهنی مدیر ښاغلی ذاهد صاحب ته د تشبث مؤسسی د برنامو او د دغه برنامی د موخی په هکله معلومات وړاندی شول.
