DAY III SUMMARY OF TOP 10 TRAINING
Monday: March 7, 2022
The Top 10 training of the third day, began with the recitation of Al-Furqan. Later, the trainer reviewed the previous lesson. During the review of the previous lesson, Mr. Mohammad Ishaq Haqiqi, Director of Basic and Secondary Education, arrived and he first introduced himself to the students, then looked at the students business plans, encouraged them and asked them questions about their business plans that the students’ answered, which were convincing. Thus, the Mr. Haqiqi did not only see the business plans of the Top 10, but also visited the products of the students. He expressed interest in the students’ products. He did not hesitate to offer the Top 10, good ideas on how to improve their business plans of 1400.
Direct quote from Mr. Mohammad Ishaq Haqiqi:
“You are the offspring and capital of this land.
Sure, good deeds are the reward of good deeds.
Be sincere and maintain quality of the products and do not deceive.
Be innovative.
Daily, evaluate your work and see what changes are required and what the society need. Remember, innovation and model are also important.
We should also maintain our values, unfortunately, with import of Japanese cars, we are losing the use and culture of horse carts, while you can find the use and culture of horse carts in developed countries. Same happened to the copper work and products in Afghanistan that with import of similar products, the copper business halted, unfortunately.
“May Allah (JJ) give you strengths to render services, so you gain both reward from Allah (JJ) and income. Worker is closed to Allah (JJ).
Later, the trainer taught a new lesson (session five) entitled Leadership and Planning in a Tashabos:
Leadership is the process of influencing the activities of a group of people who, in a given situation, work together to achieve goals. In leadership, influencing others in a way that leads them to achieve goals, which is very important. He refers to the influence of science or art on other people as leadership. He also added to the students that a leader has good qualities such as (far-sighted, skilled, benevolent, self-confident, creative, pathological, alert, disciplined, flexible).
Later, the trainer divided the students into three groups (managers, ministers, directors) and asked the students to answer the following questions in groups.
1- What are the main duties of leaders?
2- What is leadership and who is leader?
3- What is planning in a business and what are its basic elements?
The student’s answers were graded after evaluation. Later, the trainer explained the concept and value of planning.
Definition: Planning is the conscious and scientific forecasting and regulation of human economic and social activities. Considering the outcome without planning a decision in a business would be pointless.
Types of planning are: short-term, medium-term and long-term.
The trainer then addressed the sixth session, entitled The Applied Elements of a Business Plan, and asked students to make a brief plan for each of their favorite businesses. The trainer then went on to the seventh session entitled Business Plan Writing by providing complete details (attributes, purpose, stakeholder aspects) plus types of management, management model and management structure/organogram.
In the final moments of the training, TEO awarded certificates of appreciation to the Top 10 students.
