Mr. Lutfollah Ahmadi, son of Mr. Juma Khan, Grade 12 student of Khwajah Musafir High school, has been in the embroidery business for five years. Mr. Lutfollah’s factory, which is located in an apartment building, has two machines, one of which is a collar embroidery machine and the other is a men shawl embroidery machine. This factory has four workers who work day and night. The first factory (collar embroidery machine) has two workers who sew twelve collars) in 24 hours a week, and each collar earns from 80 to 150 Afghanis. The second factory also has two workers and like the first factory, the workers are working in it and sews 50 men shawls in 24 hours. Each of machines produces four men’s shawls.
Men shawls and collars are produced in various and beautiful colors with different strings. Currently, the factory’s daily income is AFN.1,500 Afghanis and its weekly income is AFN.
