First, before the competition was held in this high school, TEO team met with the principal of the high school, who is newly appointed, and introduced the Tashabos program. In this meeting, the high school principal promised of cooperation and assured that he would carry his efforts in the implementation of the Tashabos program. The competition was held on the January, 13, 2021 in the library of the high school. In total, about 25 Business Proposals (BPs) were written by the students of the high school, many of the BPs were imaginary. In order to hold the competition, 6 BPs were selected from the total, which were relatively good, and five students were present on the day of the competition.

The interesting points of the competition were:

• The TEO team explained to the contesters the criteria for presenting the BPs at the beginning of the competition.

• All students presented their BPs in turn and answered the questions of the evaluation team.

The following Top 3 students were selected

1- Mr. Mohammad Shoaib, Grade 12 student, who presented his BP about producing plastic slippers and started this work in Kabul. His role in the partnership is financial management.

2- Mr. Nasrullah, Grade 11 student, who presented his BP about producing plastic utensils, he said this field is his favorable in the future, he will start this work

2- Mr. Bilal, Grade 12 student, who presented his BP about establishing a small carpet weaving factory in his house to start working on it.

At the end the students were advised taking into account their skills and available opportunities, which has a practical aspect to start working in the future, so that they can be a source of service to themselves, family and the society.

The competition ended with the award of trophies, business related books and certificates of appreciation to students.
