SUMMARY OF THE DAY I OF TRAINING
Subject: Business Management
Date: 27-02-2022
Introduction: In the training today, 18 students from Kabul (Kabul City and District) and Nangarhar Provinces high schools participated as Top 50.
Today’s session began with the recitation of some verses from the Holy Quraan by one of the students. The trainer, Seyed Jalal Rahmani, called on Fazel Rabi Haqbeen, Executive Director of the Tashabos Educational Organization (TEO) to inaugurate the training.
While introducing the program and goals of TEO, Mr. Haqbeen encouraged the students and referred to the following points: Translation and interpretation of verse 9 of Surah Al-Zumr “Are those who know and those who do not know, equal?”: He asked the students to make the most of the given opportunity so that they could turn their potential ideals into actual ideals through their efforts.
While thanking Mr. Haqbeen, the trainer asked Mr. Ahmad Shakib Faiyzi, Program Officer, to share his ideas and knowledge about the training. Mr. Faiyzi added that out of 297 business proposals submitted, your proposal are the top. During the training, Top 10 will be selected from among you, to make it to the Final Top 01, , then use the given opportunity and try your best to reach the Final Top 10.
The trainer then asked the students to put on paper their expectations participating in the training before starting the training, so the students came with questions such as: How can we be a good marketer, the role of entrepreneurship in business, etc.).
The trainer, then evaluated the students’ knowledge and awareness of entrepreneurship and business, so he took a pre-test before training, and thus categorized them into groups and graded the groups based on the answers provided.
In order to avoid and spend time efficiently, the trainer asked the students to set the rules of training for themselves in such a way that they also adhere to it. The rules were: (put in silence cell phones, show mutual respects for each other , involve all students in the lesson, give others a chance, collaborate with each other and share ideas with each other, observe cleanliness, observe order and discipline, put aside prejudice, be punctual / time-bound, review past lessons. )
In the last hours of the training, the trainer started the first training session, which included business titles, types of trade and business terms, etc., and distributed the market assessment form to them so that students would become more familiar with the terms and courses that they are supposed to be taught.
This is how the first day of training ended.
