SUMMARY OF THE DAY III OF TRAINING
The training started with the recitation of few verses from the Holy Quran. Next, the trainer used a new method to review the previous lesson, so that the trainer asked the students to each write down what they remember from the previous lesson on a piece of paper and then exchange this sheet with another student to read and review the previous lesson, so lesson was recalled in full.
In the next step, the trainer continued the rest of the sixth session, which was the key concepts of business such as (brand, logo, business name..).
Later, the trainer showed the students a video entitled “Selling Products” in which two women named Amina and Roya wanted to take action on the growth of their business, attracting customers and selling products. The students got enough information about selling products by watching this video.
During the workshop, the staff of YouTube Channel under the name of (Kabul Boys) came to the office to film the talents of the best students and interview the Top 50 contesters and the workshop trainer, asking them to provide information about their business proposals.
After the YouTubers team, the trainer continued the training. The trainer had two chocolates, one with a cover and the other without a cover, and asked the students to comment separately on each of the chocolates, which one will have the most sales. All the students chose the chocolate with the pod, and Trainer’s goal with this practical example was to make students aware of the importance of marketing in business.
The trainer then explained to the students the marketing methods, the analysis of the word Market, the seven elements of product and supply.
Near the end of the training, the trainer started roleplay work. The purpose of launching this roleplay was to inform students about the importance of the goal and to become aware that if elements such as people, marketing, etc. are available, they can achieve their goal.
The final part was the practical.
The students were divided into several groups by the trainer, and each group was required to answer one of the following questions.
1- What are the basics of marketing and what is the purpose of marketing?
2- What are the main elements and concepts of marketing?
3- Draw and organize a comprehensive marketing plan!
4- List the marketing tools!
5. What concept does P7 present?
After writing the answers on the flip chart, the representative of each group of the students read aloud, and the groups were graded based on the answers each group provided.
